• Creamscicle...sweet, fresh orange cake, topped with a swirled vanilla and fresh orange buttercream
• Chocolate Cherry...moist cherry cake studded with chocolate, frosted with chocolate buttercream
• Caramel...rich, buttery cake, topped with a smooth caramel icing that has the consistency of fudge
• Black & White...moist, dark chocolate cake finished with smooth, pure vanilla buttercream

Pralines

 

 

Sweet, buttery, sugary, loaded with crunchy pecans....these are handmade in small batches and are DELICIOUS.

 

An old fashioned, southern candy that is irresistible. These are a must try!

 

 

Pralines are $18 a dozen. Each praline measures about 2 1/2 inches in diameter. Call in advance for orders over 2 dozen.

Baklava

 

 

I urge you to try this baklava. Much effort and many batches later, I believe this is as close to perfect as it gets.

Layer upon layer upon layer of flaky fyllo ....each layer brushed with melted sweetcream butter, alternated with a filling overflowing with crunchy pecans, walnuts, and almonds...spiced with cinnamon and just a touch of brown sugar. Baked until golden and flaky, then drenched in a sweet and fragrant honey syrup and left to soak overnight.

 

It's crisp, sweet, gooey, and perfect. It's wonderful for gifting, too!

 

 

Baklava is $24 for a dozen generous pieces. Each piece sits in its own cupcake liner.
